Well packaged. Internal packaging was damaged, but product sustained no damage. The scooter is well built and sturdy. For the price I believe it is one of the better deals available.

This was a purchase that I would make again. It was to replace a scooter that was stolen out of an enclosed sunroom. My son uses it to get back and forth to work as he works 10 mi away. This product was much more durable than our last one. Tube steel was thick. This one came with lights and turn signals. Our last one did not. Our accelerator button kept breaking on our old one. This one is phenomenal. Our old one did not make it up hills. It had to be walked up hills. This one takes hells no problem. Highly recommend it
